Super-nanny state

It's yet another time I tell myself to follow Bulgakov's advice and not to read newspapers (in this case, not to watch TV) before the meal.

I mean... Is England the only place where "traditional", extended families are dissapearing? Where mothers and fathers have to go to work soon after the baby is born?

Surely not.

"Parenting courses" for yob's parent's will be just another drain in the budget. Because they will not work. Because it is stupid.

And no, it's not just the police's job. Not governmental job. It's everyone's job. When you start telling youngsters off and not be afraid of them - then they'll stop behaving like monsters. As simple as that. Start early.

Junk food ads ban

Ok, so now they are banning junk food ads on children's programmes. And they've got it wrong YET again. It's like giving young teenagers ASBO records.

Don't you get the point? Looks like adults are not blaming children for everything that goes wrong in the country. Teens misbehave? Parents and adult society in general are not to blame. Let's make criminals out of children.

Fat kids? Parents are not to blame - let's ban junk food adverts.

What next?
