It's yet another time I tell myself to follow Bulgakov's advice and not to read newspapers (in this case, not to watch TV) before the meal.
I mean... Is England the only place where "traditional", extended families are dissapearing? Where mothers and fathers have to go to work soon after the baby is born?
Surely not.
"Parenting courses" for yob's parent's will be just another drain in the budget. Because they will not work. Because it is stupid.
And no, it's not just the police's job. Not governmental job. It's everyone's job. When you start telling youngsters off and not be afraid of them - then they'll stop behaving like monsters. As simple as that. Start early.
